Domestic Branch Office, Zhonghai Architecture Co.Ltd(HK3311)

1.Be the interface between company & local government authorities on related affairs; 2.Assist management to initiate company HR development strategy, following up with implementation on identified positions & personnel; 3.Make preliminary salary polo shirts & buy off salary reports, assisting management to develop company paying & rewarding systems; 4.Take charge of the performance review & holiday scheduling management for all staff reporting to GM; 5.In charge of the initiation, training, implementation & feedback for company HR management systems; 6.Take charge of review on documentation for employee qualification declaration, the annual audit for tier I Project Managers and qualification declaration for tier I architects; 7.Manage the prevention & disposition of the labor disputes between company & employee; 8.Implement & supervising the company annual budget on ralph lauren polo shirts & social insurance welfares etc; 9.Oversee the signoff, change, elimination & termination of labor contract while work on residency arrangements for newly recruited/rotated employee and the management on HR files; 10.Develop and execute recruitment processes & channels, planning on talent reservation while assisting the Group’s ralph lauren polo shirts initiatives & activities through out the Nation’s higher educational institutions; 11.Basing on the company business development needs, initiate & implement the staff training plans, organize the technical appraisal, oversee assessment on training effect, control training cost, ensuring the training coverage & staff satisfaction to meet company requirements so as to upgrade the quality of company human resources supporting the achievement of company business objectives; 12.Maintain the company HR ERP systems; 13.Participate in company internal audit on ISO9000/14000/OHSAS10001; 14.Contact & communicate with internal Depts of the Zhonghai Group.
