Responsibilities and Achievements

Job Title: Asia Pacific Regional Productshop 4u blog for shirts Manager – CFLshop 4u blog for shirts (energy saving lamp) , number of Subordinate: 1
1.Execute the market introduction process and Ecotone/MASTER (the flagship product range of Philips Lighting) brand management for Asia Pacific Region 2.Global product portfolio and brand management: coordinate APR ralph lauren polo shirtssales and pricing forralph lauren polo shirts lamps made in Europe and introduce China-made lamps not only in APR markets but also worldwide 3.Lead project management onnorth face jackets the new product release and regional ATL/BTL marketing north face jacketscommunication programs for both consumer and professional ender users within budget control, including the creation of packaging, leaflets, catalogs, TVC, posters, in-store demo kits, sales training and new product presentations. Interact with the regional in-house or external agencies in HK, and ensure the communication materials developed fully meet Philips brand management guidelines meanwhile respect each Asia Pacific country’s culture.4.Trace closely with the competition’s peer product range and propose business development and marketing strategy accordingly to Product Management Team 5.Support countries’ sales especially in China/Korea/Asean countries: specify the different market segments/channels, evaluate customer needs and propose the sales & marketing approaches 6.Create and maintain the online e-catalogue information for products, for e.g, product specification, price, order book information 7.Coordinate the product phase-in and phase-out plan, making sure the risk of stock obsolescence can be minimized meanwhile keep in-time communication with worldwide customers
8.Approbation: Provide product presentations, support on trainings and samples for global market places' approbations Provide information and material for digital sharing (web-based, newsletters…etc.) 9. Make sales orientation and forecasting for MTP plan. Monitor & guard the quality image of products 10.Join the evaluation process of supplier selection, making sure the product portfolio development is sustainable and healthy
11.Assist in budgeting process (Strategic Plan, Annual Operation Plan) of all Asia Pacific countries so as to reach a maximized integral margin for APR and trace closely with the market feedback from countries12. Liaise with country/regional/global sales managers, product managers, and marketing managers, on regular basis on the product portfolio and market competition issues.Reason for Leaving: To join a full time MBA program in China Europe International Business School Main Achievements: As a core member of PMT (product management team, assisted Philips Lighting to achieve 30 times sales growth since its China outsourcing strategy carried out in 2000.
