1. Overall responsible for all categories total management, guide to product detail control and analysis the competition environment.
2. Assist Marketing Direct to do the brand building. Layout the Brand strategy expansion plan and implementation
3. Manage Brand building project such as large road show, Brand Joint Project, exhibition Media brand activity etc. Plenty experience in holding the large active shows and sales conferences
4. Draw up the media plan cooperate with annual operate plan and other related and executive works. Negotiate the agency contract , screen out the appropriate script, screen advertising and activity estimate
5. Analysis the market environment and competitor’s activities such as market share, price trend, product segment / orientation and etc. According the transformation to support better operation decision, optimize the product structure and improve brand value
6. To oversee the tasting intendance system to inspect the stability. Assist R&D to Conceive and design the new product
7. To arrange the consumer tasting, confirm the packaging, make the price, promotion plan and other preparing works for new product
8. Manage the new product project; Examine and approve possibility of launch. Success to launch 500g rice ball in 2009.
9. Responsible for public relationship. Maintenance the communication with the quality and consumer organizations.
10. Maintenance the price of products with the different orientation, associate with the brand strategy and the price of competitor in different channel
11. Associate with sales and trade-marketing dept to ensure brand sales volume and profit growth opportunities are maximized by determining imaginative and effective marketing strategies and business plans
12. Assist finance department to organize AOP ( sales budget、marketing fee..).
13. Monitor the key control points on general promote application and marketing & sales fee
