1. Overall responsible for Heinz Business Management Project. Mainly are New product project, Large Brand activity, Media plan, Brand strategy plan and market forecast
2. New product management : combine with market environment analysis, estimate the category structure and expand trend, work out marketing strategy plan
3. Brand building and media project: To formulate brand plan and media plan, associate with brand team
4. Monitored the promotion coverage and implementation and control promotion expense combine with promotion internal-control process
5. Assist finance to analysis NSV and GP.
